The Cherith Story

Unexpected provision for impossible places

"The word of the Lord came to Elijah: 'Leave here, turn eastward and hide in the Kerith Ravine… the ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and he drank from the brook."

— 1 Kings 17:2-6

The name Cherith comes from the brook where God sustained the prophet Elijah through ravens — an unclean source delivering divine provision. It's a picture of God using unexpected means to resource His people in the hardest places.

We exist to do the same: to deploy capital, technology, and operational support to those serving the Great Commission in the most difficult and unreached corners of the world.
